i) Monoprints: Narratives I & II take as their starting point the canonical works of 'old masters'; the stories told by these venerated artists are now themselves an aspect of our understanding of the past.  Jane uses the tactile qualities and apparently simple technique of monoprint - half drawing, half print - to investigate the stories of the 'masters'.

ii) Yesterday Today Tomorrow looks at the way in which we see the world outside. Taking photographs through grimy windows, the work reflects on the difficulties of perception and the hope of clarity.
