By going out and sitting in the woods, by the sea, in the grass and watching the stillness of nature, there is something that is constantly present but rarely acknowledged and waiting beyond being busy seems to allow this something to come forward and be engaged with. And some space of potential opens up that makes itself known to the non verbal part and infuses joy. Playing with the colour of glass on a light box also has a quality of that interaction and expansion.
