Michael Sims & Beth Williams make work that re-appropriates everyday objects. For the Art on the Hill weekend a situation will be created using balloons; these signifying festivity and celebration that is short lived. The outcome of this temporary work will be in the hands of the audience, as they move through the space the balloons will yield and the space will change.
