Windmill Hill and Victoria Park are residential areas with narrow streets and have limited space for
parking. If at all possible, could you come to the Trail on foot, by bicycle or by public transport.
Bus services 75, 76and 90 run between north Bristol (Cheltenham Rd) and south Bristol through The
Centre. Heading south they stop in Malago Rd, about two minutes walk from the road that enters
Windmill Hill. Heading north they usually stop in East St and outside Asda which is about another three
minutes walk. However, at the time of writing, East St is closed and the buses are stopping in Malago
Road. This may or may not be the case by October 7th/8th.
Bus service 50 from Cabot Circus to Hengrove stops at the junction of St Johns Lane and Redcatch Rd
close to the bottom corner of Victoria Park.
Trains between Bristol Parkway and Weston via Temple Meads stop hourly at Bedminster Station on
Saturdays. On Sundays the earliest stopping train is mid afternoon.
If your circumstances mean that you do need to bring a car, there are car parks on Hereford St and in
Little Paradise, both just off Malago Rd. There is street parking on Whitehouse Road and Philip St.
Limited spaces can be found within the trail area for those who need them.
