Yin Yoga Bristol

Have you tried Yin yoga? Sophie (Yin Yoga Bristol) will be hosting a free trial session at Windmill Hill City Farm as part of the Windmill Hill Arts Trail on Sunday 6th October at 1pm in The Studio. Explore the benefits of slowing down and cultivating a deep connection between mind and body in this intuitive and meditative practice, consisting of a carefully sequenced series of floor-based held poses. By softening and surrendering into each pose for a sustained length of time, we allow the deeper layers of the body to be stimulated (connective tissue, joints and bones), encouraging deep release of accumulated stress and tension. This session is suitable for all levels of experience, including complete beginners, and all props are provided.
